She is a corporate trainer, rancher, songwriter, storyteller . . . survivor and an Oklahoman who's sworn to fun.

The farm can be a dangerous place. Agriculture is actually considered one of the most hazardous industries in America. Every year over one hundred thousand workers are injured on the job site. And the consequences can be disasterous, not only for the worker, but for families and communties. Often times, those that become disabled live in isolated areas, where farming is their only way to make a living. But there is help for those who are battling a disability through a program called agrability. The program works with farmers who, for whatever reason, need a little help to continue their chosen lifestyle.

Here at home our military bases provide jobs, in fact, about fifteen thousand jobs across the state and many of these civilian positions are highly skilled; bringing with them a good paycheck and its these jobs in Altus, Oklahoma, that are helping keep our military planes flying high.
